Compensation & Bonuses
Our drivers receive beyond industry standard starting compensation. Base pay increases annually at a rate of 2%. Our base pay compensates for all working hours, including non-driving and rest and recovery periods. Additionally, our drivers receive a commission equal to 10% of gross weekly revenue (not including fuel surcharge, and other accessorial fees) and a quarterly performance bonus. For owner operators, we offer 55% of load for tractors alone and 70%of load for tractor/trailer rigs.

Work/life balance is important in any profession, but it is especially important for drivers who are often kept on the road for indeterminate lengths of time. S1T drivers are home every two – three weeks, and sometimes more.
