The eye-catching, rolling event known as the Delo Truck is on the road, bringing information and education about Chevron’s Delo high-performance heavy engine oils, lubricants and coolants to locations nationwide. Delo is an acronym for diesel engine lubricating oil.

The Delo Truck is a visually exciting 80-foot mobile demonstration environment operated by Mobile X Events, a division of Select 1 Group. The truck’s eye-popping graphics and user-friendly displays demonstrate what Chevron calls its “understanding of customers’ challenges and the solutions we provide”. It serves as both a sales and marketing tool, creating awareness for the Delo family of products.

The truck visits trade shows, special events and Chevron First Source Distributor locations.

Drivers and logistics are handled by Mobile X Events, which manages all aspects of its over-the-road operations. Mobile X has managed the tour since 2011. Driver Steve Baker (Pictured above on right) is at the wheel as the Delo Truck rolls through the country.

The Delo Truck has introduced Delo products to thousands of industry professionals every year and is estimated to have hosted over a million visitors since it first took to the highways in 1999. Here is where it will be heading during the fall and early winter months of 2014:
